Physiological Modelling HET419

This subject examines, in detail, the use of mathematical modeling techniques for the characterization and comprehension of physiological systems. Dynamical systems theory, compartmental modeling and Markov models are typical methods that will be discussed. Specific applications of these methods will be seen in the context of neurophysiological modeling. See Course Outline for further details.
